Jessica Dery Shamanic Reiki Master, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
I'm Jessica—a shamanic Reiki master, psychiatric nurse practitioner, and forever student of spirit, earth, and energy. My work lives at the meeting place of science and soul, where ancient wisdom and modern understanding can coexist and support deep, lasting healing.
For years, I practiced in clinical settings, supporting people through emotional pain, trauma, anxiety, and the quiet ache of disconnection. But my deeper calling emerged through personal healing, spiritual awakening, and a remembering of the sacred tools I carry—intuitive knowing, energy work, ritual, and connection to the natural world.
Now, through Sacred Shore Energy Arts, I offer a space for others to come home to themselves. A threshold of healing—where the elements meet the soul. Here, I hold space for individuals and small groups to move through energy healing, shadow work, soul-tending, and eventually, plant medicine integration.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and trauma-informed. I meet each person with reverence, whether they’re navigating grief, spiritual emergence, burnout, or the quiet longing for something more. The work we do together is not about fixing you—it’s about listening to what wants to be heard, softening what has hardened, and reconnecting with the truth that’s been within you all along.
I believe healing happens in layers—in the nervous system, in the energetic field, and in the spaces beyond language. I trust the intelligence of the body, the whisper of spirit, and the sacred unfolding that happens when we’re truly witnessed.
I’m here to walk beside you, not ahead of you. To co-create a space where your soul feels safe enough to speak. To support your journey inward, downward, and back into wholeness.
